Attached please find a completed sign permit application for a new building mounted sign
and spot for Lowell's Moving and Storage on the existing free standing sign located at 6
Ethan Allen Drive, Suite 3.
The free standing sign has been previously under approval SN-17-15 and the new building
mounted sign would be installed directly above the entrance to Lowells Moving on the south
face of the building, facing Ethan Allen Drive.
The south face of the building has a store front area of 4,350 sq. ft. (150-ft long x 29-ft high)
along for a 100 sq. ft. sign; a 40 sq. ft. sign has been proposed.
Enclosed are a completed application with fee of $1 10.00 (2 signs x $55/sign) and a
rendering of the proposed signs. If you have any questions or require any additional
