To whom it may concern:
I/We have spoken to Mr. and Mrs. Todd Lawliss about locating a childcare facility at 20
Baldwin Avenue. They have given us an opportunity to ask questions about traffic, hours of
operation, noise levels and other concerns that we might have. I/We are landowners at
and it is our/my opinion that a day care facility at 20
Baldwin Avenue would be a good fit for our community. 1/We do not have any intention of
contesting the conditional use approval from the South Burlington Zoning Board.

To Whom It Mav Concern:
Ism writing as principal of the Orchard School to verify that I believe a Child
Care facility would be a compatible neighbor for the school.
We currently have an after —school child care program at Orchard School. This is
the Live V ers and is run by the Y.M.C.A. using our facility. We also have a
Live V ers after kindergarten program. Both programs have waiting lists. There
appears to be a need for more child care in the Orchard School area.
