Date � /lei� To whom it may concern: I/We have spoken to Mr. and Mrs. Todd Lawliss about locating a childcare facility at 20 Baldwin Avenue. They have given us an opportunity to ask questions about traffic, hours of operation, noise levels and other concerns that we might have. I/We are landowners at and it is our/my opinion that a day care facility at 20 Baldwin Avenue would be a good fit for our community. 1/We do not have any intention of contesting the conditional use approval from the South Burlington Zoning Board. We currently have an after —school child care program at Orchard School. This is the Live V ers and is run by the Y.M.C.A. using our facility. We also have a Live V ers after kindergarten program.
