Re: Lease Agreement dated September 1, 2004, as amended, (the "Lease"), by and between
Heathcote Associates, L.P., (the "Landlord") and Supercuts, Inc. (the "Tenant"), for approximately
1,527 square feet of Gross Leasable Area (the "Demised Premises") located at the Gateway Shopping
Center in South Burlington, Vermont (the "Shopping Center").
Signnage approval Notice
Dear Tenant:
Pursuant to the Lease, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, Tenant shall install, maintain and
repair all Tenants' signage throughout the Term of the Lease. In response to your recently submitted
signage rendering for the Demised Premises at the Shopping Center, Landlord hereby grants consent for
Tenant and Tenant's sign contractor, Daniel Signs. Inc.. to obtain permits and install storefront sign as
shown on the attached Exhibit-1, provided the following conditions are met prior to the start of any
work:
A. All required permits and licenses must be submitted to Landlord.
B. Tenant's installer must provide a valid insurance certificate and executed hold harmless
agreement, and
C. Tenant must patch and seal any penetration to the fagade.
