Committee), Betty Milizia (NRC), Linda Chiasson (NRC), Maggie Leugers (City Advisor), Kate Lukas, Muriel
More, Molly Bezio

1. Safety Procedures:
Maggie directed the group to exit through administration offices to back parking lot of building
2. Appointed Clerk: Molly Bezio
3. Adopt Agenda: Adopt with addition of Wetland Delineation
4. Minutes: Approved minutes from July 15, 2019
5. Wetland Delineation Update
a) Reviewed Wheeler Project Wetlands Delineation Progress Update dated August 2, 2019
b) Require city official definition of Class A and B Class III Wetlands and what mitigating features
may be necessary (e.g. fill over clay)
6. Work Session:
a) 2019-2020 Annual Work Plan: Reviewed plan drafted by Muriel with minor changes made and
approved by committee. Approved work plan to be submitted by Maggie prior to August 16th
deadline.
7. Updates:
a) Muriel received a complaint that small dogs were able to escape from underneath the Farrell
Dog Park fence and will notify DPW. Residents should communicate such concerns to the City
using the SeeClickFix application.
8. Upcoming Dates:
a) August 16, 2019 Work Plan Due
b) September 3, 2019 - 6:00 PM Dog Park Committee Meeting
c) September 26, 2019 All City Committees Symposium
9. Future Agenda Items:
a) Plan for design and construction phases of Wheeler Dog Park

f) Ongoing Evaluation Plan
g) Public Forum Update/Communications
