MEMBERS PRESENT: D. Kinville, A. Cli , B. Nowak, J. Kirchick 1. Instruc ons on exi ng building in case of emergency:
Ms. Kinville provided emergency exi ng instruc ons. 2. Agenda Review: Addi ons, dele ons or changes in order of agenda items:
No changes were made to the Agenda. 3. Comments & Ques ons from the public not related to Agenda items
No comments from the public. 4. Open ballot bag from district 7-1 per court order to list write-in candidates from August 14, 2018elec on onto the tally sheets.
Ms. Cli ( R ) and Mr. Kirchick ( D ) assisted D. Kinville in reviewing the tag number that was on the voted ballotbag from district 7-1 and confirmed that it matched the court order. The tag was removed and ballots werelocated that contained write in names. Ms. Cli and Mr. Kirchick viewed the ballots and gave the tally amount
per write-in name to D. Kinville and Mr. Nowak who recorded the counts on the tally sheets. A er the 3 par eswrite-ins were complete, the ballots were placed back into the bag along with the court order and the seal thatwas authorized to be removed. A new seal numbered 0272453 was a ached to the bag and signed to by all 4par es on the agenda sheet.
5. Other Business: No other business was brought before the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board of Civil Authority, the mee ng was adjourned bycommon consent at 2:35 p.m.
