MINUTES
April 18, 2017
Members Attending: John Simson, Mike Simoneau, Leslie Black-Plumeau and Tom Bailey

The meeting was called to order at 4:04 PM by John Simson, Chair. There were no amendments to the meeting
Agenda nor was there any public comment.
Mike moved and Tom seconded approval of the minutes of the April 6, 2017 meeting. The motion passed
unanimously.
John stated that the goal of the meeting was to complete a draft of proposed Section 18.03 with a “line by line”
review. Andrew Bolduc described his edits to the latest draft. Then the members examined and edited the draft
discussing changes. Additionally, The Committee discussed changes to the “affordable housing” definition in
Article 2 (Definitions), Article 17 (administration and Enforcement) and Article 18 (Affordable Housing
Standards) of the Land Development Regulations.
Tom moved, and Leslie seconded a motion to accept proposed edits to Article 18.02 A – H and other suggested
amendments to the Land Development Regulations and to commit to complete the draft of Section 18.03 at the
meeting of the Committee scheduled for May 8, 2017. The motion passed unanimously.
Tom moved to adjourn and Leslie seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 PM.
