Call to order/welcome guests 2. Review of agenda: Addions, deleons, or sequence changes 3. Comments or quesons from the public not related to the agenda 4. Review and approval of minutes from the meengs of September 21, 2016, November 1, 2016, February 21, 2017, March 6, 2017. 5. Connue discussion on preservaon ordinance 6. Discuss inclusionary zoning city-wide 7. Reports from commiee members 8. Other business 9. Adjournment The meeng commenced at 4:00PM There were no comments from the public. Simoneau moved to approve the indicated minutes of past meengs, seconded Black-Plumeau. The moon was approved unanimously. It was agreed that the discussion of inclusionary zoning city-wide would be deferred to another meeng. Paul Connor led a discussion of residenal property in commercial zones. This discussion relates to consideraon of exempons for the conversion of residenal structures/uses to commercial structures/uses in these zones. It was agreed that exempons for the conversion of residenal structures/uses in zones where residenal uses are not permied would not require exempons. Residenal/use structures in the mixed-use districts will be inventoried and inspected by the Commiee to assist in further discussion of the consideraon of waivers/exempons from the housing preservaon ordinance. Further discussion occurred on the draing of the Housing Preservaon ordinance. Addional changes were recommended by Tom Bailey and also discussed. Andrew Bolduc will redra to reflect consensus recommendaons for changes. Addional discussion occurred about the following: Addion of Commiee members: Names menoned were Brian Pine and Larry Michaels. Residency requirements were discussed, as was the meliness of review and approval by the SB City Council of candidates. Tom Bailey discussed conversaons he has had with Ken Braverman of Snyder-Braverman, and Evan Langfeldt of O’Brien Brothers about “affordable housing challenges”. John Simson provided the Commiee with a dra Affordable Housing Commiee 2017 Work Plan, which will be submied to the mul-commiee leadership work group. The commiee thanked John for undertaking this task. Future meeng mes were discussed and tentavely scheduled. They are currently April 3, April 18, May 8, and May 23. Adjournment: Moon by Simoneau, seconded by Dooley to adjourn. Unanimously approved, absent Black-Plumeau, at 6:05.
