4:48 p.m. Approval of April 7, 2022 minutes ACTION
Lauren motioned to approve the minutes. Margery seconded the motion, and the motion passed
unanimously.
4:50 p.m. Review nominations and make recommendations to Library Board of Trustees
The committee discussed the needs of the board and Margery agreed to contact applicants and discuss
with them the time and work requirements of board members. The committee wanted applicants to
know they will serve on committees, as well as attending monthly meetings for the full board. There is
also an ongoing need to help fund raise for the library. The applicants are also encouraged to attend a
board meeting, if able.
5:30 p.m. Review goals for FY22 and make recommendations for FY23
Margery agreed to reach out the board secretary to gain access to the goals for FY22. The committee
will review past goals at next meeting and make recommendations for FY23

Jennifer Murray agreed to forward library policies which have not been updated.
