MEETING MINUTES
29 JULY 2023
The South Burlington Planning Commission held a regular meeting on Saturday, 29 July 2023, at
7:00 p.m., in the Community Room, Library, 180 Market Street, and via Zoom.
MEMBERS PRESENT: D. Macdonald, M. Mittag, D. Leban, L. Smith, F. McDonald
ALSO PRESENT: N. Atherton, City Planner; N. Senecal, J. Gallant, J. Silverstein, D. Albrecht, R.
Finkelstein, B. Milizia, K. Ryder, J. Nichelson,
1. Instructions on exiting the building in case of an emergency:
Instructions were provided on emergency exit from the building.
2. Public Listening Session on City Plan 2024
D. Macdonald made a background presentation on the City Plan 2024.
Planning Commission opened the Listening Session. Comments on the City Plan 2024 draft were
made by members of the public. Recording is available at July 29, 2023 City Plan 2024 Listening

3. Adjourn
As there was no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned
by common consent at 11:30 a.m.
