The South Burlington Planning Commission held a regular meeting on Thursday, 27 July 2023, at
7:00 p.m., in the Community Room, Library, 180 Market Street, and via Zoom.
MEMBERS PRESENT: M. Mittag, D. Leban, L. Smith, F. McDonald
ALSO PRESENT: K. Peterson, Senior City Planner; N. Atherton, City Planner; J. Dibiasio, Bob Britt,
Penne Tompkins, R. Doyle, M. Scanlan, Dorothea Penar
1. Instructions on exiting the building in case of an emergency:
K. Peterson provided instructions on emergency exit from the building.
2. Public Listening Session on City Plan 2024
M. Mittag made a background presentation on the City Plan 2024.
Planning Commission opened the Listening Session. Comments on the City Plan 2024 draft were

3. Adjourn
As there was no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned
by common consent at 1:30 p.m.
