No additions and deletions to the posted agenda
No comments and questions from the public not related to items
on the agenda
5:10 p.m. Discussion around creating an advocacy plan for 2022
Lee Freeman and his family have created two video PSA
announcements for the library. Two others are planned for the
Library of Things and the Loft for Teens.
Ideas for additional video include shorter, quick videos “What I
love about the new library.” We can engage patrons, trustees,
and staff members. Filming can be done with a camera or iPhone.
We will ask the trustees for volunteers. Should be 60 seconds or
less.
Ideas for distribution include the library’s Facebook page and
other social media channels and Front Porch Forum.
We need to review the committee’s statement of purpose.
We would like to lead or participate in an event to celebrate the
1-year anniversary of the library.
