4:43 p.m. Additions or deletions to the posted agenda
Margery added a discussion about offering volunteer opportunities to applicants to the SBPL
Board of Trustees.
4:45 p.m. Comments and questions from the public not related to items on the agenda
None
4:45 p.m. Approval of April 7, 2022 minutes ACTION
Stacey Pape motioned to approve the minutes; Anne Lalonde seconded the motion and the
motion passed unanimously.
4:46 pm. Discussion of SBPL Board of Trustees applicants
The committee discussed thanking the applicants for applying and ask if they are still interested
in volunteering for the library in another capacity.
5:07 p.m. Set schedule for annual review of library policies
The committee added the following policies to the October agenda for review: First Aid Policy,
Privacy Policy, Library Use Policy, and Social Media Policy.
The following policies have been added to the November agenda: Patron Code of Conduct and
Child Safety Policy.
The committee will not meet in December.

Anne Lalonde with Review the Hosted Programs policy for clarity.
