5:36 p.m. Approval of December 2, 2021 minutes ACTION
Stacey motioned to pass the minutes and Margery seconded the motion. It passed unanimously.
5:38 p.m. Discussion and Approval of the Display Policy ACTION
Updated the policy to reflect comments from the board around the use of the word “inappropriate”.
Also changed the word “Gallery” to “Library Art Wall” to avoid confusion with the City Gallery outside of
the Library.
Stacey motioned to move the policy to the board for approval and Lauren seconded the motion. It
passed unanimously.
6:00 p.m. Approval of the Collection Policy ACTION
Updated the policy to reflect comments from the Library staff.
Margery motioned to move the policy to the board for approval and Stacey seconded the motion. It
passed unanimously.
6:20 p.m. Begin review of Library Program Policy
This item will be moved to the next committee meeting.
