September 13, 2021
Meeting convened at 6:45 pm.
Members in attendance: Amanda, Michele, Penne, Jean, Trice
Staff in attendance: Ilona
Members of the public: none
Amanda moved to approve minutes with minor corrections, Jean second. Unanimously
approved.
Ilona announced that new committee member Denise resigned.
Annual Report review.
Several changes and corrections were accepted. The committee discussed exploring using
ARPA funding to develop a cultural plan and identify artists and cultural organizations end in FY
2022 end June 30 2022. A consultant could be hired to establish a comprehensive list. We
decided to have a longer discussion on this topic during our next meeting.
Amanda motioned to approve submitting the FY2021 annual report. Trice seconded.
Unanimously approved.
Goose still hidden in the bush. Trimming or other solution will be arranged.
Committee agreed on the 3rd Tuesday each month for recurrent meeting.
Amanda, Penny and Jean will work on a work plan draft and the committee will meet on the
27th at 6:00 to review and approve.
Penne adjourned the meeting at 7:30.
