NARRATIVE:
On 08/31/2021 at approximately 11:06 hours, the South Burlington Police were contacted by an
employee of “Garda” who advised there was a theft of cash from one of their trucks outside of the
University Mall. The investigation determined that 27 year old Marlon Taylor Jr. of Burlington,
Vermont stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene.
A warrant for Taylor Jr.’s arrest was issued with a bail of $40,000.
Taylor Jr. is an African American male, approximately 6 feet tall and 250lbs. He was last known to be
wearing black Adidas pants, dark sneakers, a white undershirt, and gray hooded sweatshirt.
