ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SOUTH BURLINGTON
MOTOR VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The Council of the City of South Burlington hereby ordains:
Section 1: The South Burlington Motor Vehicle and Traffic
Regulation Ordinance, revision of April 28, 1958 , and as amended
from time to time thereafter, is further amended to add Section
44 (u) as follows: •
44. No person shall park any vehicle at any time, unless
otherwise indicated, on the City streets and roads
designated below:
(u) No person shall park any vehicle between the hours
of 8 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. from the third Friday in June
through the last Sunday in August on the west side of
Central Avenue from Queen City Park Road to the Red Rocks
Park entrance.

Section 2 : This Ordinance shall take effect from its passage.
