ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE RESTRICTION OF
MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON CITY PROPERTY
The Council of the City of South Burlington hereby ordains:
Section 1 1. All motorized vehicles except duly authorized
emergency and maintenance vehicles are
restricted to roads and parking lots of South
Burlington City properties , and only properly
registered vehicles operated by licensed
operators are permitted on said roads and
parking lots .
2. Any person who is found guilty of violating
the provisions of this section shall be guilty
of a misdeameanor and the same shall be
punished by a fine of not more than $100 . 00 at
the discretion of the court.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage.
Approved June 4 , 1973 .
