BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On 08-12-18 at 0038 hours the South Burlington Police stopped a motor vehicle on Williston Road at the Champlain Farms. The vehicle, operated by Amber K. Anderson, age 27, had been traveling well above the posted limit on Main Street as it approached the border between Burlington and South Burlington. The operator continued to speed on Williston Road in the city of South Burlington. Investigation revealed that Anderson had been operating her vehicle under the influence of an intoxicating substance. She blew a .145 BAC before being transported without incident to South Burlington PD for processing. She was issued a citation to appear in court to be arraigned on the charge of DUI number 1.
