BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On 08-01-18 at 940 P.M. the South Burlington Police Department responded to Swift Street just east of Denny’s restaurant for the report of a vehicle versus power pole crash with the operator trying to leave the scene. The operator was identified as Timothy J. Williams, age 29, of Essex Junction, Vermont. He is being charged with Attempted LSA and DLS and will be arraigned on August 30, 2018 in Chittenden Superior Court.
