BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On 07-01-18 at 1143 P.M. the South Burlington Police Department stopped a motor vehicle on Spear Street just off Main Street operated by Herman L. Young, age 34 of Quechee VT. Mr. Young was stopped for making a prohibited left turn from Main Street west to Spear Street south. Investigation revealed that at the time of operation Young’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was under criminal suspension in Vermont. Mr. Young is being charged with DLS #3 as he has a recent conviction for DLS #2. Mr. Young was issued a citation to appear at Chittenden County Superior Court to be arraigned on these charges. He was also issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for Obedience to Traffic Control Devices, code TCD.
