BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On 06-09-18 the South Burlington Police stopped a vehicle operated by Lance E. Jarvis, age 35, of Milton, VT. Jarvis was stopped for traveling at a speed of 67 mph in a posted 25 mph zone on Main Street approaching the “Jug handle”. Investigation revealed that Jarvis was under the influence of alcohol at the time of operation as there was an odor of intoxicants coming from his person, his speech was slurred and his eyes were bloodshot and watery. The results of Riley’s preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .113%. He was processed at SBPD for DUI and released on Conditions.
