INCIDENT TYPE: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License.
BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On June 7th, 2018 at approximately 2022 hours, South Burlington Police observed a vehicle traveling East on Williston Road with a rear brake light out. A traffic stop was conducted with the vehicle for defective equipment. Further investigation revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Daniel Desso,
43, of Newport, had a criminally suspended license. Desso was subsequently arrested and
transported back to South Burlington Police Department for processing. He was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden Superior Court on June 21st, 2018 to answer the charges.
