BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On May 26, 2018, the South Burlington Police Department responded to a local grocery store for the report of a woman concealing merchandise in a large handbag. Misty Nadeau, 38, of Colchester was found to have left
the business without paying for approximately $140.00 worth of merchandise. Nadeau was issued a citation to appear at the Chittenden Superior Court Criminal Division on June 21, 2018 at 8:30 am.
