BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On 06-05-18 the South Burlington Police stopped a vehicle operated by Kristian Riley, age 24 of Williston, for speeding on Main Street east of Living and Learning. Investigation revealed that Riley was under the influence of alcohol at the time of operation. The results of Riley’s preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .180%. He was processed at SBPD for DUI and released on a citation.
