BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On 06-17-18 at 0051 hours the South Burlington Police stopped a motor vehicle on Williston Road at the Staples Plaza. The vehicle, operated by 30-year-old Christopher A. Langner of South Burlington, had been traveling well above the posted limit on Main Street as it approached the border between Burlington and South Burlington. Investigation revealed that Langner had been operating his vehicle under the influence of an intoxicating substance. His roadside BAC was .152 %. He was transported without incident to South Burlington PD for processing and issued a citation to appear in court to be arraigned on the charge of DUI number 1.
