BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On May 9, 2018 at approximately 2031 hours South Burlington Police received a call about a vehicle which
had struck a telephone pole at the intersection of Kirby Road and Airport Parkway. Upon arrival officers determined the female operator, Chloe Johnson (25YOA) appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants. Johnson was screen and provided a Preliminary breath test which indicated her BAC was .187 at approximately 2102 hours. Johnson taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
Johnson was processed at the SBPD and cited to appear in court on June 05, 2018 at 0830 hours.
