BRIEF NARRATIVE: 4/25/18 at approximately 4:26pm a South Burlington Police officer responded to 150
Dorset Street, the University Mall for a report of a late reported Burglary at the Wink Kiosk. The officer spoke
with the owner of the store and was able to obtain surveillance footage of the crime. The officer then released
the images of the suspect and was able to positively identify the suspect as a Michael Fleming 3/26/75.
Fleming was subsequently interviewed where he admitted to the crime of burglary and was issued a citation to
appear in court on 6/7/18 at 8:30am.
