INCIDENT TYPE: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License
BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On May 12th, 2018 at approximately 7:30 pm, Officers observed a male who they recognized as Hassan K. Ali
27 y/o of South Burlington, VT to be operating a vehicle while having a criminally suspended license in the State of Vermont. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Dorset St after observing a turn signal and lane change violation. The operator of the vehicle was confirmed to be Ali and his license was confirmed through DMV records to be criminally suspended. Ali was placed into custody for the offense of driving with a criminally suspended license. Ali was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court to answer for these charges at 8:30 am on May 29th, 2018.
