INCIDENT TYPE: Fugitive from justice
BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On April 26, 2018, at approximately 12:24 AM, South Burlington Police Department Officers were at the
Anchorage Inn located 108 Dorset Street attempting to locate a female in regards to an ongoing investigation. While on scene, Officers identified a male staying at the hotel as Billy Stinson, 25, of Lebanon, NH. Police
learned Stinson had an active arrest warrant out of New Hampshire. Stinson was arrested as a fugitive from justice and lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility for lack of $2,500 bail.
