BRIEF NARRATIVE: On 04/25/18 at approximately 3:35pm a South Burlington Police officer observed Matthew Corbitt, 35, of South Burlington operating a motor vehicle on Williston Road. The police officer knew Corbitt’s license to operate a motor vehicle was suspended and conducted a motor vehicle stop upon Corbitt’s vehicle. Corbitt was issued a citation to appear in court on 5/10/2018 at 8:30 AM to answer to the charge of operating after suspension or revocation.
