BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On April 20, 2018 at approximately 01:38 AM, Detective Pope observed a vehicle traveling on Spear Street fail to stop at the traffic light at the intersection of Spear Street and Williston Road. The vehicle accelerated at a high rate of speed west into Burlington, where a traffic stop was conducted. The operator was identified as Shane Larock, age 25, of South Burlington. A check of Larocks motor vehicle records indicated he was under criminal suspension in the State of Vermont.
Larock was charged with operating with a criminally suspended license. He is due in Chittenden Superior Court on May 10, 2018 at 8:30 AM to answer the charges.
