INCIDENT TYPE: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License
BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On April 18th, 2018 at 1:40 am, an Officer was observing traffic on Patchen Rd near Valley Ridge Rd from a
stationary position. While doing so, the officer observed a vehicle to be traveling south bound and for the vehicle to not have any working rear license plate lights. The officer conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle on Kirby Rd near Airport Pkwy. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Mandy. L. Bushey 31 y/o of Essex Junction, VT. Bushey was found to have a criminally suspended license in the state of Vermont. Bushey was arrested for driving with a criminally suspended license and was released with a citation to at appear at Chittenden County Superior Court- Criminal Division on 05/03/2018 at 0830 hours for the offense of Driving with a Criminally Suspended License.
