Dince #648 DATE/TIME: April 1st, 2018 at 12:13 am INCIDENT TYPE: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License and Violation of Conditions of Release BRIEF NARRATIVE: On April 1st, 2018 at approximately 12:13 am, a South Burlington PD officer observed a green Subaru Legacy to be traveling north bound on Midas Dr and for the vehicle to not have a registration sticker displayed on its rear plate and to have an expired registration. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop and identified the operator of the vehicle as Lisa M. Oliver 39 y/o of Shelburne, VT. Officers after checking DMV records found that Oliver currently had a license that was criminally suspended in the state of Vermont and that she had active pre-trial court conditions which prohibited her from operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Officers placed Oliver into custody for the offense of driving with a criminally suspended license and for violating her conditions of release. Oliver was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court to answer for these charges at 8:30 am on April 19th, 2018.
