BRIEF NARRATIVE: On 3/23/18 at approximately 2:00pm the South Burlington Police Department responded to a report of a larceny of a purse. The victim advised her purse had been stolen and her debit card had been used 5 times at various locations in the City of South Burlington. The officer who responded to the call was able to obtain video camera footage of the purchases and subsequently identified the suspect as Durand Perry 8/18/87. Perry was located on 4/9/18 and issued a citation to appear in court to answer to the charges of credit card fraud and possession of stolen property. Perry is due in court on 4/26/18 at 08:30
