Hi Marla,
It appears as though you have a draft finding of fact for our project and that there are no comments to discuss. We are
amenable to the notice of conditions as stated. Scott has stated that he can adapt the plats as requested. I am not sure
we have anything to discuss. For this reason I am wondering if it would be possible to open our hearing first in the
agenda and close it. It would only delay others by a few minutes and would allow the board more time for the other
applications.
Please let me know what you think. It seems per agenda item 1 that the Board can move things around. We would be
appreciative.

Below is the link to DRB packet for 8/4/2020. Please review the information included in the packet prior to the
hearing. Packets are available in advance of the scheduled hearing date to allow Board members to review the
application materials and Staff comments. Please use this time to prepare your responses to the Board regarding Staff
comments. New materials will be neither reviewed nor provided to the Board in advance of the hearing. Applicants are,
however, invited to submit supplemental exhibits for presentation at the hearing if they are responsive to Staff
comments. Supplemental exhibits must be provided to Staff no later than noon on the day of the hearing. The Board
will receive testimony at the hearing, and in most cases if new materials are submitted, continue the meeting to a future
date to allow Staff and Board to fully review the new materials and ask questions of the applicant. If new materials are
fully responsive to outstanding questions, the hearing will be closed on the date to which it has been continued and the
Board will issue their decision within 45 days as required by State law. The Board will not vote on whether to approve
or deny a project in a public session.
