Hi Marla,
I have some extra information to be included in our DRB meeting. I thought the lot coverages were
addressed at the preliminary meeting, my apologies for not including them.
Lot #1 :
Coverage is 48812 sq
Building is 2430 sq
Driveway is 3642 sq
Total is 6072 sq, or 12 %
Lot #2
Coverage is 39210 sq
Estimated building 3000 sq
Current driveway 2040 sq
Estimated driveway 3300sq
Estimated total of 6500 sq or 16 %
In addressing the comment on page 7 number 10 about "no preliminary allocation has been
procured". Attached please find letters of ability to serve for the wastewater, water, and power.
We will call the fire chief to obtain a letter from them concerning the sprinkler system.
Please let me know you have received this. I also had mailed you 2 maps, one was the survey and
the other showed a preliminary of a single-family home that was an estimated building envelope, and
I am hoping you have received them. If you have not please let me know and I will be sure to get you
them tomorrow.
