On the 5th of August 19-86 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved )0YrX7d)C)AX)d the
request of Jeff and RPtt)Z C;cAdhprn
for site iplan apDroval under Section 19 10
of the South Bur inq_ton Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is apprmn-rl frnm a if) foot zAride
drivewav on the west side of rime Rack Rc;;d Tt shall be
constructed with depressed concrete continuous across the drive-
way.
2. CIRCULATIO14 AND PARKING - A 12 foot wide driveway is shown
around the north of the building to a gravel p_ar_ king area in
the rear. A seven car parking lot is approved in frnnt
