Conditions #7 and #10 refer to sewer allocation. The amendment is to allow all 14 developable lots, including lot #5, to be allocated a total of 47,672 gpd with the specific allocation per lot left to the discretion of the applicant. On the 22nd day of October, 1996, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Technology Park Associates based on the following findings: 1. This request is to amend condition #7 of the 3 / 14 / 95 approval and condition #10 of the 7/9/96 approval for the Technology Park subdivision. These conditions relate to sewer allocation. The conditions allocated a specific gallonage (47,672 gpd) to lots #1-4 and 6-14. Lot #5 was not allocated any sewer since it was to be used for a GMP substation. The applicant is requesting that the entire 14 lot subdivision, including lot #5, be entitled to a total of 47,672 gpd with the specific allocation per lot left to the discretion of the applicant as long as the total is not exceeded. DECISION & CONDITIONS Based on the above Findings of Fact, the South Burlington Planning Commission approves the request of Technology Park Associates to amend condition #7 of the 3 / 14 / 95 approval and condition #10 of the 7 / 9 / 96 approval for subdivision of approximately 178 acres of land into 16 lots (i.e., 14 developable lots), Kimball Avenue. Conditions #7 and #10 refer to sewer allocation. The amendment is to allow all 14 developable lots, including lot #5, to be allocated a total of 47,672 gpd with the specific allocation per lot left to the discretion of the applicant. Conditions #7 and #10 shall be deleted and replaced with the following condition regarding sewer allocation: The entire project (i.e., lots 1-14) is granted a sewer allocation of 47,672 gpd. The sewer allocation approval shall remain in effect until July 9, 2006. The specific allocation for each lot shall be determined as the lots are approved for development. Any remaining sewer allocation which has not been specifically allocated to an approved development by 7/9/06 shall be lost unless reapproved by the Planning Commission.
