In Re: Mr. Gary Warner
Findings of Fact
On the 26th day of March, 1974, the South Burlington
Planning Commission approved the site plan, presented by Mr.
Gary Warner, for an addition to the San Remo Realty Corpora-
tion offices on Joy Drive, on the following facts:
1) the traffic access as shown on the site plan
is adequate
2) traffic circulation and parking as shown on the
site plan are adequate
3) landscaping and screening as shown on the site
plan is adequate, subject to review, approval,
and possible modification by the South Burlington
Plantings Committee.

Request of Mr. Gary Warner
Upon due consideration of the premises and aforesaid
findings, the South Burlington Planning Commission does
hereby approve the site plan, presented by Mr. Gary
Warner, for an addition to the San Remo Realty Corporation
Offices off Joy Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1) Recommendations 1 and 2 of the City Manager's
memo to the South Burlington Planning Commission
of March 26, 1974 be adhered to.
2) The landscaping plan shall be reviewed by the
South Burlington Plantings Committee and
final approval of a landscaping plan by the
South Burlington Planning Commission shall be
based on the recommendations of said plantings
committee.
3) All bonds required by the City Manager shall
be posted.
