On December 19, 1974 the South Burlington Planning Com-
mission reviewed and approved the proposal of Vermont Broad-
casting Corporation to create an additional lot within its
existing subdivision. The Commission . . . accept(ed) the
revised subdivision plan of Broadcast Park as made on
December 6, 1974.

On the 9th day of September, 1975, the South Burlington
Planning Commission granted final approval to the Subdivision
of the Vermont Broadcasting Corp. property on Joy Drive into
two parcels, as shown on the accompanying plot plans.
