Larkin, Inc., to amend two (2) previously approved plans for: 1) a 60 unit congregate housing facility at 90 Allen Road, and 2) a 48 unit congregate housing facility at 16 Harbor View Road. The amendment consists of reducing the width of the recreation path that is proposed to cross both properties from nine (9) feet to eight (8) feet in general, and to a minimum of five (5) feet for a short section along the retaining wall on 90 Allen Road. On the 2"a day of June, 1998, the South Burlington City Planner approved the request of John P. Larkin, Inc., to amend two (2) previously approved plans under Section 26.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. This project consists of amending previously approved plans for: 1) a 60 unit congregate housing facility at 90 Allen Road, and 2) a 48 unit congregate housing facility at 16 Harbor View Road. The amendment consists of reducing the width of the recreation path that is proposed to cross both properties from nine (9) feet to eight (8) feet in general, and to a minimum of five (5) feet for a short section along the retaining wall on 90 Allen Road. 2. The Recreation Path Committee has reviewed this plan and has approved the reduction in width. DECISION & CONDITIONS Based on the above Findings of Fact, the South Burlington City Planner approves the application of John P. Larkin, Inc., to amend two (2) previously approved plans for: 1) a 60 unit congregate housing facility at 90 Allen Road, and 2) a 48 unit congregate housing facility at 16 Harbor View Road. The amendment consists of reducing the width of the recreation path that is proposed to cross both properties from nine (9) feet to eight (8) feet in general, and to a minimum of five (5) feet for a short section along the retaining wall on 90 Allen Road, as depicted on a plan entitled, "Recreation Path Plan Allen Road Community Care Allen Road South Burlington, Vermont," prepared by Krebs & Lansing Consulting Engineers, Inc., dated 5/5/98, with the following stipulations: 1. All previous approvals and stipulations which are not superseded by this approval shall remain in effect. 2.
