On the 27th dap of March 1989 the South
Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding
the appeal of C.W. Gregory- David Flagg, lot 44 Gregory Drive
based on the following facts and findings:
highway construction, same use proposed for property in question.
2) Traffic projected, 6 to 15 vehicles serviced on a average day.
3) Letters submitted as evidence by City Departments stating
no adverse impact expected on municipal facilities.
4) Character of area should not be affected by proposed use.

Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a V"FWA MXconditional use is hereby approved)UMXM.
Stipulations:
That the Board require an administrative review before any
additional use occupies the building in question.
