Re: Findings of Fact, application of Mr. John McGrath, Off -Set
House, 1205 Airport Parkway
On the 22nd. of November 19 83 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved the
request of Off -Set House
for --i+-p nlan under Section ,a ,n
of the Sou-th Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the
followinq findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - A.cPss from Berard Drive for larger trucks -,bould
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Connecting parking areas will provide
circulation around building. Additional spaces will provide for
employee parking and allow for more customer pagkinq`_
3. LAND SC.APING & SCiiEENI;,IG - With proposed land.�caping building and
area surrounding will be adequately landscaped.
