DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th day of September, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Pizza
Putt, Inc., David Kleh, 1205 Airport Parkway based on the following
facts and findings:
1) Applicant is requesting a 8800 square foot addition plus
renovations to the existing restaurant adding 75 additional
seats. Involves a setback waiver of fifteen (15) feet.
2) There are no unique physical circumstances that limit use since
the building exists on the site now and has a reasonable use.
3)
Hardship
is economic and was
created by the appellant.
4)
Addition
can be developed in
conformity with setback.
5)
Expansion
due to overcrowding
not a hardship.
6) Does not represent a minimum variance.
