HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-89-0000 - Decision - 1160 Williston RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY Of CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DEQISIQN -& FIND Q-F- EAaT On the 23rd day of October, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence -regarding the appeal of Pre - court Investments, Brian Precourt, 1160 Williston Road based can the following; facts and findings: 1) Not in keeping to a reasonable use in a commercial zone and presents adverse impact to Williston Road present traffic. 2) Appellant admits that two other sites have been considered in less heavily traveled highways. 3) Plan and design appears sketchily and not comprehensive to assure on site traffic safety for present uses. 4) Creating a parking lot in this area changes the character of the neighborhood. 5) Does not conform to criteria zetback in Section 19.05 of zoning regulations.
