On the 23rd clay of October, 1989, the South Burlington Zoning
Beard of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Sala-
znin Handy, 974 Shelburne Road based on the following facts and
findings:
1) The proposed use is identical to the existing use, improves
the site and traffic flows.
2) No impact of municipal or educational facilities.
3) The character of this area is of similar type uses, i.e.
across the street.
4) All other by laws are in compliance.
Haled on the above stated facts and f indinngs the appellant.' s
request for a variance and conditional use is hereby approved.
Stipulations:
Hours of operation of prcLDosed food mart and gasoline station be
limited to hours of o er n ro 5. 0 A.M.-to 11.:00 P'M.
