of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Thomas Pyle

findings:

because all other homes are single-family.
2) The property could be developed as a sAgle-family unit
which is a reasonable use..
3) Hardship created by appellant and has economic factors,
4) Does nUt represent the minimum variance.
