CITY OF SOUTH BUR.LINGTON
On the 14th day of May, 1990, the South Buzlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Ashline
Construction, Frank Naef, 1906-1909 Airport Parkway based on the
following facts and findings:
1) Removal of existing buildings with new construction proposed
will improve the area,
2) General character of the area (Ethan Allen Drive) is indus-
trial, with multiple uses as planned by the City's master plan.
3) Existing structures within the setback will not be affected
by alterations.
4) All other bylaws to include coverage, parking, etc. are in
compliance.
