for maintenance of the gravel access drive as a permanent
driveway at the Olympiad, 70 Farrell Street
On the 18th of November 1986 _, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved xxxidx)obod the
request of Robert Torney
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the
follovvinq findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - This driveway is allowed to be permanent
with the stipulation that it not be used for public access.
The culvert shall be installed as required by the Street
Department and shall be 30 inches in diameter and 30 feet
long.
