Request is for permission to relocate two structures (36' x 38' and 28, x 381) to a parcel of laud oontaining approximately 4.5 acres, and to occupy said structures for residential azd professional office use in conjunction with existing business at 1240 Airport Parkray. Mr. ward said the area wan zoned AI and that professional officee were pe=itted, but residential uses were not. Thin would also allow a multiple use, If permitted. The buildings in question would be moved from Airport Drive to Airport Parkway. Mr. Brady said he would prefer to rent the buildings for office use, but if he cannot, he would like to be able to have a residential use. Hoechner seeking a variance front Section. 11.15, Multiple uses of the South Burlington Regulations. kequest is for permission to operate a beverage -variety store in conj=ction with existing gasoline sales, at ErAie's Mobil, 793 Shelburne Road. Mr. Ward said the area was nomad C1 and this would be a multiple use. The existing use is a service station and they would like to add a 12' x 15' snack shop With a second class liquor license in conjunction with gasoline sales and. service. The service area will remain open. Mr. Hoochner said he would like to make every area of the building as productive an possible. He said 99% of his traffic is going south and mares a right turn into the station. $e felt the largest factor impacting his volume of business wax the price of the gets, not whether he had a snack shop. This will serve customers he already has. He will sell, boor, not gins. He said he would not add to the building dimensions and did not anticipate having to do that later. The appeal was granted unanimously.
